By accessing and using Telobook, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current service shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

Telobook provides an online booking and appointment management system for service professionals. The service allows you to:

• Manage your calendar and appointments

• Accept online bookings from clients

• Manage client information

• Configure services and pricing

• Send booking notifications

• Access business analytics

To use Telobook, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Maintain the security of your password

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use Telobook to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Transmit harmful or malicious code

• Interfere with or disrupt the service

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Telobook offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, a monthly subscription fee of €9.99 applies.

Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Telobook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Telobook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to Telobook in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to liability.
